The Diagnostic Assessment is available as a one-off consultation, and is required if you wish to sign up for Individual Mentoring with me.
This is a thorough assessment of what’s keeping you at the weight you are, and what has stopped you losing weight permanently in the past. If you know enough about food to know what’s good for you, then what’s holding you back is likely to be an emotional block, or subconscious self-sabotage.
I will take you through a comprehensive assessment of your current eating patterns, past experiences of trying to lose weight, and what factors in your life currently contribute to your current weight. You will receive a written summary of what is keeping you stuck at your current weight, what specific steps will enable you to lose weight and what emotional blocks or what types of self-sabotage are holding you back.
The Diagnostic Assessment is required before starting a one-to-one or work-as-a-pair tailored programme. It is not required if you want to attend the 8-week group or the Appetite Seminars.
How long will it take?
The Diagnostic Assessment involves a one and a half hour face-to-face interview.
How much will it cost?
The fee for the Diagnostic Assessment including the written report is £200 when carried out in Bristol or Cardiff and £400 when carried out in Harley Street London.
